Shipping policy

We are committed to processing and dispatching all orders in a timely manner.

Standard Orders: In-stock items are typically shipped within 3–5 business days, (Monday - Friday), of the initial order confirmation.

Backordered Items: If a product is on backorder, please allow up to 3–4 weeks for delivery. Should a backorder status be identified during order fulfillment, you will be notified promptly. All affected customers will receive follow-up communications with updated estimated delivery time frames.
